Completed construction of an approximately 2,400-square-foot wood boardwalk and dock extending over the central fishing lake and retention pond. The structure is supported by forty (40) 10-inch-diameter x 40-foot-long wood dock piles and features a 3'-6" wood picket handrail. The entire boardwalk was finished with Trex Select Composite Decking in Saddle/Brown. The upland portion incorporates a radius curve and is supported by a concrete footer and stem-wall system, creating a durable and attractive finished waterfront amenity.
