This project consisted of installation of approximately 1,280 linear feet of new steel sheet pile seawall (ranging from 35’ to 45’ in length) constructed directly in front of the existing concrete seawall. The project included the installation of approximately 140 concrete batter piles (14" x 46') and the placement of #57 stone between the existing and new walls for added stability. Additional work involved the reconstruction of two concrete marginal docks and two concrete finger piers. Due to limited site access, all concrete materials were transported to and from the site by barge, ensuring efficient and environmentally conscious construction operations.
