Shoreline Foundation, Inc. (SFI) successfully replaced the existing boat ramp with a combination of precast and cast-in-place construction. The wet section of the ramp features four high-strength precast "Tedder Boat Ramp" panels, installed on a prepared gravel base. Once in position, the panels were secured with a cast-in-place key to ensure structural integrity. The project continued with the construction of a 65' x 22' cast-in-place dry ramp section. This efficient method allowed for rapid installation, with the majority of the work completed within just four weeks. Notably, all construction was carried out while maintaining public access to the adjacent boat ramp, ensuring uninterrupted use for park visitors.
