After sustaining significant damage during Hurricane Ian, this project will reconstruct the Historic Fishing Pier with upgraded pilings—some extending up to 100 feet in length—to improve resilience against future storms. The scope includes new restroom facilities, reconfigured owner spaces, and Ipe decking to match the pier’s original historic character. Spanning more than 20,000 square feet, the pier will be rebuilt within the original footprint and is anticipated to be completed in mid to late 2027.
