Completed the seawall rehabilitation project on time and under budget, consisting of improvements at eight (8) separate sites, with Cummins Cederberg serving as the Engineer of Record. One site required placement of a new concrete cap over the existing cap to raise the top elevation. The remaining sites included installation of new coated steel sheet pile and 2' x 2' concrete caps, with five sites incorporating aluminum flood gates integrated into the new caps. Site 3 (Sailor’s Point) was the largest site, featuring over 300 linear feet of new steel sheet pile and concrete cap, a 75-foot-long boat ramp with landside approach ramp, and a new aluminum floating dock.
