Coconut Grove Seawall

Shoreline Foundation, Inc. completed a full reconstruction of a 245 LF boat-slip, replacing the aging seawall, cap, and dock with a new steel sheet pile system, reinforced concrete seawall cap, and a 4' wide concrete dock supported on concrete piles. To strengthen the structure, new steel tie-backs were added, and crews installed an additional 332 LF of concrete pile-and-panel seawall with a reinforced concrete cap. The project was completed with the placement of 220 tons of Rip-Rap boulders, ensuring long-term stability and shoreline protection. This project highlights SFI’s expertise in delivering durable, high-quality waterfront solutions.
