At the core of this effort is our team of skilled and experienced Project Managers who are responsible for managing and implementing all aspects of the construction contract. Serving as liaison, the Project Manager fosters a working relationship with the client, and coordinates the planning and execution of construction.
We understand that communication is of paramount importance to the success of each project. Therefore, considerable time is dedicated to this effort. Open
communication with the client helps to insure that all issues are dealt with in an effective manner. In-house meetings of Project Managers, support staff, and management are held on a weekly basis. These meetings cover all aspects of the progress of each project and are designed to recognize and avoid potential issues before they arise.
Since each job is different, the Shoreline Foundation Project Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities where value engineering may be of benefit to the project. When deviations in working conditions occur or the scope of work is modified, the Project Manager is also responsible for preparing the necessary documentation to insure that construction continues with little or no disruption.
