In conjunction with our affiliated company, Shoreline Foundation, Inc., of Florida , Heavy Marine & Foundations, Ltd., represents over 100 years of experience in the construction industry. The Heavy Marine & Foundations, Ltd. partnership team is capable of creating buildings utilizing traditional construction methodologies as well as implementing the latest in construction technology for major building superstructures and residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings.
Heavy Marine & Foundations, Ltd. provides diverse construction services to our clients through our General Construction Division and our Heavy Marine and Foundation Division throughout the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
The General Construction Division provides services that include block or concrete superstructures, concrete floor systems, concrete wall systems, and substructure foundations. The Marine Foundation Division is enhanced by our Florida affiliate, Shoreline Foundation, Inc., and provides services that include heavy upland foundations, deep pile driving, residential and commercial seawalls and docks, breakwater and shoreline stabilization systems, dredging, and beach renourishment.

- President of Heavy Marine & Foundation, Ltd., Dwayne also serves as General Manager. He has been extensively involved in the infrastructure development of Lake Cunningham Subdivision and the marine works at the Atlantis Marina Project. For the past 13 years, Dwayne has gained a wealth of knowledge in architecture and construction. He has more than more than 10 years involvement in all phases of construction, with an emphasis in the area of infrastructure development.

- With a degree in Management and more than 15 years in banking, Tony is highly qualified to serve as the Vice President of Business Administration and Finance for Heavy Marine & Foundation, Ltd. Widely traveled, Tony has served in senior managerial positions, overseeing the operations of Credit Suisse Bahamas banking operations. For the past 5 years, Tony has provided AutoCAD services to architectural and construction clients. Tony has extensive knowledge of all phases of construction, cost analysis, project and crew management.

- Serving as Vice President of Heavy Marine & Foundation, Ltd., Monty has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry. An architect by training and former partner of a construction and engineering firm, Monty is respected as a leading construction program manager. As a contract business specialist, Monty spent 4 years working in the capital development program for Washington Metropolitan Airport Authority for the Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports.
